Where do you ship
We ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, email us at info@opahkworld.com and we will arrange it.
What delivery options do you offer
Mondial Relay to pick-up points by default. Home delivery may be available depending on your area.
What are the lead times
Order preparation within 24 to 48 business hours. Mondial Relay transit 2 to 5 business days depending on destination.
How much is shipping
Rates are shown at checkout based on your zone and cart. Free shipping from €200.
How do I choose my pick-up point
At checkout, select your preferred Mondial Relay point on the interactive map. Tracking will be emailed once shipped.
Can I change my pick-up point after ordering
Contact us asap. If the parcel has not been handed over yet, we will update the location.
Which payment methods are accepted
Cards via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are encrypted and secure.
Are prices VAT-inclusive
Yes, prices include VAT for EU orders. Any duties or taxes outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility.
What is your return policy
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
How do I start a return
Email info@opahkworld.com with your order number and reason. We will provide instructions. Return costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
When will I be refunded
Within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return, to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for another size
Yes, subject to availability. Specify the size you want when requesting the return. Otherwise we will process a refund.
Do you run pre-orders
Not at the moment. Available items are in stock. If pre-orders return, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Will sold-out items be restocked
Not guaranteed. Capsules are limited. Enable back-in-stock alerts when available.
How do your pieces fit
Check the size guide on each product page. If unsure, email us your height, weight and preferred fit.
Care instructions
Wash inside out at 30 °C, gentle spin, avoid tumble drying to protect volume and embroideries. Low-heat iron if needed.
